Due to ROTF Deluxe Wave 4 (which includes Jolt who is on my wanted list) being released already in the U.S., I am debating wheter to cancel my Jolt pre-order on BBTS or sacrifice extra $$ to get it now rather than looking for it like I am right now with Leader Jetfire.

What do you think?

Depends on how much you want it, personally, I would wait. Everything will come with time...... and normally with TIME it's cheaper.

Well, it's one of my most wanted items. He was good even with short film time. But I don't know. Who knows when they'll be released here.

FYI, even though I'll be waiting for it in retail, ROTF Voyager Long Haul pre-order is up on BBTS and they said it would be released in mid-July rather than the fall.

But should I really wait for Jolt in retail or not?

I agree with Protoman. With shipping, duty and the us exchange you end up paying twice the retail, but I can't blame you for not wanting to count on Canadian retail...lol.

Well, here's a good breakdown

Jolt - 13.99 USD = 15.57 CAD
Shipping from BBTS - (approx) 10.19 = 11.34 CAD
Duty (since BBTS usually always gets duty charged) = Approx 5.00 CAD

So you're upto around 32.11 for one deluxe figure. And BBTS doesn't even currently have the figure instock, it could be a week or two for them to get it in stock, and then it will probably be another 10 or more days before you get it.

I'm guessing Wave 4 will be here in 6 weeks or so and look at how plentiful wave 3 is right now.

You could almost buy yourself another figure with your savings.

I pre-ordered Jolt a couple of weeks ago.

As for buying another figure, I'm not a completist. The only other figures I want other than Jolt are the hard-to-find Leader Jetfire & the possibly so-to-be-released-in-the-states Voyager Long Haul (I'm getting the individual constructicons.)

I'm considering getting Fallen but I'm debating wheter to wait for the Burning Fallen repaint that I kinda think looks cool.

i think you should cancel your order.chances are you'll see jolt before we do here out west.you guys are lucky in being almost always the first ones to receive "new bots" on the east coast first.usually bots are spotted in ontario first,then b.c., then finally us in alberta get the remainders

Here's what you can do (assuming you may purchase other things at BBTS). Make sure your POL is turned on at BBTS, then let it be. If you find Jolt beforehand locally, cancel your pre-order. If he comes in and you feel like waiting a bit on the chance that it'll turn up locally, then leave it in your POL and let it be. If you find him locally within 15 days of it going into your POL, then cancel it and get a store credit. Or if it's longer, then you have him and you dont have to worry about trying to hunt all over to get him.
