a few walmart.ca "clearance" prices on older transformers

Just noticed they've lowered or further lowered their prices on some oldies, like....

the Generations Deluxes that were recently $10 are now $7.

Whirl and Rhinox are now $20

Skrapnel (Legends size) is now $4

KREON bumblebee set and other similar sets are now $3

and the Beast Hunter Prime is now $13.

Maybe stock up for xmas toy drives or bday gifts at these prices... or re-sell on ebay.

There's still a surprising amount of AOE product in stock -- not only at Walmart but TRU too. At this point, shouldn't they be trying to dump it all at cutthroat prices just to clear the inventory?

Does this clearance only apply to online? Or in stores as well?
