Re: Titan Devastator: how are you going to get one?

It hasn't been announced (I don't think) but any idea how much the Takara version will cost?

Re: Titan Devastator: how are you going to get one?

By the time Costco confirms or denies, I'll have to pay the TRU price. I'm leaning towards taking the gamble...Metroplex seemed to be rumoured, and it showed up. Devy seems to be headed that way as well. But maybe only the larger Costcos will get them: last year, our Coscto didnt get AOE Leader Bumblebee. Go figure.

Sure would suck to cancel my TRU pre-order though, just in case Costco doesn't get them. I've gotta decide soon before I'm obligated to buy.

Why? Are you really that worried that Devastator won't be widely available when it's released?

This time I think the Japanese version is much better, I will order from Japan for sure. So even I can't find Devastator in local stores like TRU, Walmart or Costco (which I doubt), I'm fine with it.

Re: Titan Devastator: how are you going to get one?

My next battle is War in Pocket Hulkie. A legends scale Devestator at a Titan Devestator price...Umm...Seriously need to think about this one. One one hand, I'd love a legends scale Dev to go with Metro and Fort Max and my autobot city...but 160 Usd?? I dunno. I mean I can justify Hasbro and Takara's at that price...but something 1/4 the size?...eeehhh..

I'm hoping for a Costco release!
The size matches their business model.

I'm hoping this true.

I know there is another board member who's wife works at Costco and has confirmed Costco exclusives (with prices) in the past.

Hopefully they see this and can double confirm this.

I'm thinking Canprime or something along those lines???? Hopefully someone else recalls this and can help fill the gaps

Alrighty everyone, I apologize for not confirming the price for Devs. (If you wanted the sku number for the product here it is: item# 944196. I checked this mourning and there is no release date given yet.

Re: Titan Devastator: how are you going to get one?

Thanks for the tip, I'll run the SKU by a buddy who works there. If it's a hit, I'm in. I'm just hoping all the Costcos will get them, not just the bigger ones.
