Timeline on my order that included SS Soundwave:
-Sat night 1am: put in the order (I was the one who originally posted the links)
-Tues afternoon (yesterday): wife working from home receives the parcel from TRU, asked her to open it and indeed it was this order
-Tues 4:30pm: get shipping confirmation email AFTER it's already been delivered
I live in Markham btw, def something wonky with the TRU site but this time the outcome was a pleasant surprise for me!

Hasbro cant fire anyone, these pic are from a contracted firm. And these are far from the worse I have seen.

In fairness, the grey piece doesn't lock in anywhere inside the leg, and the joint it's connected to is much looser than the actual knee joint. Your copy will probably settle into that pose on its own, too.

Similar thing happened to my order. I am just glad that my shipment went out but they got to fix their website.
