Re: Let the Delta Meadowvale know how they did.

As has been said before, the service at the bar was painfully slow at times, and there were times when I saw that the bar was completely unattended. As in, could have helped myself to a bottle of black label and noone would have known unattended. This is most likely due to staffing levels being inadequate, but its unlikely to be feasible to have the bar triplestaffed the entire day the entire weekend. I'm fine with having to wait, but there's probably a more optimal solution somewhere in the middle. The prices at the bar (while somewhat inconsistent?) were reasonable, and the selection was great.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, and since I didn't get a room this year, the free parking was greatly appreciated. I suppose the signage outside regarding it could have been more clearly worded, as it seemed that they were taking names/license plates according to the sign, but this is pretty minor. Also, the staff weren't able to tell me where some things were, but that's more likely my fault for not knowing the proper name for the room. The cleanup and table set-up staff seemed extremely professional, as well.

Not just the signage, but verbage too.
When I checked in, they told me to give them my license plate # for the free parking.
When I returned later with the info, they said it wasn't required.

Sure it made life easier, but it's still funny.

Yea I went right to guest services and was told the same. They likely realized it was moot as there would be too many to keep tabs on. As if they are going to be going around the parking lot verifying who the free parkers are and the paying ones, what a tedious job that would be.

I guess the easiest way to spot certain cars was by the BOT or CON logo on their cars, the rest of us could have put some kind of coupon or tag on the dash after buying admission.
