transformers legends game rip off

i haven't seen any threads here yet mentioning it yet so here goes.
for those of you that play this game on your iphone/android,"do not" i repeat "do not do the upgrade they force on you.
doing so results in everything you worked so hard and paid out the a$$ for rendered gone....just gone.
all medals,battle cubes,energon recharges,capture nets,heck even your actual real money that you turned into "mobacoins".....gone.

i fell for the friggin upgrade yesterday and when i logged back in after all was said and done....i lost a deck with a power of just over 17,000,everything in my inventory,every single character i had including episode specific cards like the maxed out cloudraker and fastlane i just finished aquiring and upgrading.
the 50 mobacoins i still had left over....gone too.

i pretty much lost about 14-16 months of work building it all up.
i feel for the other guys who didn't want to do it the hard way and simply plunked down "real" money to aquire their decks.
heck,i feel for the guy on here iirc he spent just over a 1000$ on the game.

if they don't find some way to fix it all back then i have a feeling there's going to be some serious nerd rage,if not legal action from those who not only lost their stuff purchased with actual money,but also those with mobacoins in the hundreds if not thousands that were all simply "taken".

i have other words for this bs going down but with their track record of customer service,just not worth it to get an infraction or banned over this.

My phone can't even run it, i keep getting the ever so common "SD card not there WHEN IT IS THERE IN THE PHONE" error. But I feel bad that you cashed out money to this game, it's a money drain for BS cards.

I think it's funnier that people actually paid money to play it.
You should go complain to the creators of the game though. Getting rid of all the things you paid for is kinda like stealing.

I have upgraded and game settings are fine , mind you I have not spent a cent on the app but played a bit and everything seems fine at my end... I hope you get things fixed

Did the upgrade and didn't lose anything that I had accumulated. Do you have a mobage account? The reason I ask is that I had to sign back in after the upgrade.

I upgraded and signed back in as well. No problems on my end

I did the upgrade, but it logged me out and I have zero idea what my user name or password is. I haven't played it in months though, it's so boring.

If you have a guest account (ex: spark123456,) you will likely experience an issue. Further, some iPhones are subject to random SD card errors.

That said, the bigger issue is the gameplay mechanics of the new episode. All the decks have been reduced to near worthless and L7 bosses are coming in with over a billion HP already.

Good luck to any players. I'm still on, but I won't spend actual money.

I'm working fine but you knew the heavier bosses and higher rarity cards would make an appearance because the lvl 5 cards were being practically given away as rewards.
