Thats the same red GT Auto Art on eBay.ca for around $25.00, retails for about $80.00 U.S. The Skyline you show is about $20.00 on eBay, retails for about $95.00 U.S. Check the eBay sellers completed items: duncalfem, its all listed there.
Up to you, how much do you wanna spend for the exact same item ?

Now, if you REALLY wanna spend $200.00 and get you're moneys worth search Exoto (ebay.ca)they do the red GT but it is about $200.00 and you really get your moneys worth, detail is INSANE ! ! !

The above post contains so many errors I don't even know where to start correcting!

First off, the cheapest 1/18 Auto Art Ford GT currently available on http://www.ebay.ca/ costs $76. Secondly, pretty much all of Duncalfem's auctions cost no more than $2.15 and many haven't gotten a single bid (Why am I not surprised?). And last but not least, there aren't any 1/18 Exoto Ford GTs available on http://www.ebay.ca/, only Shelby competition GT40 MkIIs or MkIVs.

It's your choice, Chisau: You can either buy from the source TTT mentioned or purchase the car through me. However, I can promise you that my source is 150% better than anyone you'll ever find on EBay.

Meaning ......what they actually SOLD for, check the item #'s in the advanced search.....I'm not talking about starting prices, I'm actually talking about what the auctions ended at........what they SOLD for.....
check the item #'s in the advanced search.

Re: anyone collect dicast car models??

Ok, we when off topic a little. Where i plan to buy the model from is not important right now. The main purpose of this post is to find out which company makes the best models period. I've check out Exoto, they don't make the cars i want. which is the red ford GT (new ones) and skyline R34 Z-tune.

So is Auto Art the best model for collectors?? or is there better models out there for these 2 cars?? lets answer these questions before anything else.

thanks

If you're ever having any trouble finding a particular car, just let me know. I could most likely find whatever it is you're looking for.

Re: anyone collect dicast car models??

I personally own some 1/18 scale Auto Art stuff and it's pretty high quality for what you get (Impreza WRX, Replica of Porsche from Le Mans, Datsun 300ZX, ect). The prices on ebay range from 30 to 100 bucks but it's worth it cause very few other diecast replicas have this much detail and range of cars, and yes they do Skylines
