Hero of Steel - TRANSFORMERS Convoy
Is this new? IDW-ish style Convoy?

It's a Japanese 2nd party company licensed by Takara Tomy. It doesn't transform but it's cool.

It's big too. 23cm tall.

It's an anime-style version of Convoy, obviously not out yet because it's in pre-order. It's also been reported in the International News section:
