Soundwave is indeed the Mech Planet version. Perceptor is the Mister Moon (mini) Master version.

So I recently bought Dragonstorm on discount from Toys R Us. I'd kind of always wanted this character as I like alt-mode combiners as a concept and they are fairly rare. He's actually quite a bit better than I though he's be a quite fun, but would not pay full-price, he's not worth that much. Anyway ....
