KFC is last week's trash, their Mugen Scope is on sale for $20 this week at TFSource, down from $75. Every review on the TFSource site is 1/5 or 2/5 for how it breaks just from looking at it. I have their Transistor and I'll never buy anything from them again, the plastic is cheap and it scratches just from handling it.

I'm not disagreeing with you but Mugan Scope isn't MP scale.

I'm not saying KFC is quality. I've had my fair share of disappointments with their stuff. You asked for an example of an MP so I gave you one.

I'm sure there are plenty of people that like KFC stuff.

I love well done 3P stuff, but I'm always going to go official as much as possible. I love the FT Dinos, and even the KFC Blaster I hear is better.

Would that include FT? I'm curious as I thought you liked them. I have no geniune issues with most 3P and probably won't be collecting long enough to get most of the Takara releases of the future. At the end of this year I plan to serious wind down and go for only MP Style figures next year but eventually I'd like to wind that down too

Instead of stopping collecting all together, why not pick the best and sell the rest? I'm literally down to G1 MTMTE Cartoon (and Animated - just can't seem to sell them).

At any rate, there's relatively few of them 18 autobots and 12 deceptions and so they're not overwhelming to manage or look at.

After Trailbreaker, Jazz, Sunstreaker and Gears are released by 3p or Takara, my only future purchases will be if a better representation of the character comes out.

Whatever way you go, your display looks great to me, it would be a shame if there were not at least a few left to remind you.

Pick the best and sell the rest is pretty much what I've done. I only have a few requirements left that I "need" for my classics collection and now that Brawn has been announced and shown that knocks a major character off my list. I won't get rid of what I have except a few here and there given the time, money, energy and devotion I've put into what I have. I just want to fill in the gaps to say "I have the G1 Amercan Cartoon cast" and am happy with it. Hope that makes better sense and thanks for the compliment

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Takara is a Japanese company and the initial release would be from Takara in Japan. If they can overcome the licensing issue in North America and it gets released, then it'll be a TRU exclusive from Hasbro.

^^ I mean, will he get released by both Hasbro and Takara? cause we've seen in the past that some MP's only got released by Takara only, example: Wheeljack, Ramjet, Thrust, Dirge, Sideswipe just to name a few
