Re: SDCC Exclusives for sale at Hasbro Fan Expo booth
Does anyone know when the dealer room opens? I can't seem to find it on their schedule. I want to be first in line to get those exclusives.

Re: SDCC Exclusives for sale at Hasbro Fan Expo booth
If you buy the deluxe pass you can get in at 2pm on friday. Anyone without a deluxe pass has to wait until 4pm.
Just to warn you they start lining up as early as 10am to get in early, my wife and I usually try to get there at least two hours early (noon). Even getting their early plan on waiting in line at least an hour and already having a ticket means you can jump right to the ticket pickup line. Just make sure you get into the right line, they are not the best organized so it's easy to be in the wrong one.

Might also want to actually read the article so you aren't disappointed when you show up and they have no Blaster or Prowl.

I read the article, the headline and was confused due to the sign off signature advertising the Action Figure Expo in October at the end of it maybe if the Fan Expo was advertised it would be more clear. I'm not on here to be belittled, all I asked for was a simple answer to the question if you're having a crap day, I'm not your toilet.

Does anyone know if the SDCC items will be at the regular retail prices, or marked up?

Re: SDCC Exclusives for sale at Hasbro Fan Expo booth
I am unable to attend because work would not give me the time off for it, If at all possible, could someone buy an exclusive 2010 Marvel Universe ultimate Captain America they have any? I posted this on both Actionfigurenews and cybertron.ca.
Please PM me if you are able to help me out if you are going.
Thanks

So, is the dealer room worth the deluxe ticket price? I'm mostly looking for TFs, sci-fi figures (e.g. Macross, Gundam, Revoltech, etc.) and a little big of GI Joe.
Line up @ noon is not a problem but 10:00 am??

The only real advantage to the deluxe pass besides being good for multiple days is that you get in at 2pm. It's busy in there but trust me for 2 hours it's fairly sane compared to what it's like after 4:00pm. After 4:00pm rolls around it's wall to wall people till about 6:00pm time.
As for selection if you shouldn't have a problem finding what you're looking for. I'm pretty sure every comic shop in southwestern Ontario is there including all the big ones from Toronto. Price varies quite a bit so if you find something you want and they have a few, shop around you can probably find a better deal.

Re: SDCC Exclusives for sale at Hasbro Fan Expo booth
I just finished my basic setup earlier today at Fan Expo (booth 704) and guys (and gals), if you get there on Friday, heck, even Saturday, there will be ENOUGH Blasters for everyone. Hasbro has an entire skid of just Blasters, I'd say probably around 400 units, maybe more. Price is not known yet. I didn't bother asking.
They also have a some awesome large scale dioramas....Star Wars fan will rejoice. The Hoth dio is a thing of beauty.
Anyhow, enjoy the extravaganza....and swing by and say hi.
Now Roll-Out,

I don't think it's boring at all. A good follow up to last years Soundwave set.
If anyone is wondering, Blaster is $50. Don't know how much Prowl is but I did see a shit tonne of mighty mugs boxes so he might very well be in there
