Pulsecon 2023 reveals are now up. Not listed as preorders though. Ordered Tasmania Kid and it says it will ship June 2024

Yeah, I got all my preorders in last night. GS has em up as well but Tigerhawk and Tasmania Kid are SOLD OUT!

How do you guys "talk" to a live rep? I want a product to be replaced as it arrived damaged, and the only options via online selections are return and refund. Since the price has gone up, I want a replacement instead of a return, but there's no options to talk to someone live.... any tips appreciated...

Play the menu game (IE you have to pick the magic option to get the chat button to appear). But if the reason "the price has gone up" is because it's now sold out through the seller you purchased it from and now only being offered by a different seller then they won't replace let you replace item with a straight up replacement... they'll just ask you to return it. You might be able to Karen them and get lucky. But they've gotten more stingy about giving credits to people in my experience anyway.
