You can still buy it online without the discount and then bring it to a store to get your discount.

Got my ss86 Ironhide delivered but box is all crushed. Also no packing slip. Will they take this as a return? Think I'll order a second since this is the first gamestop order rhats arrived mangled but I want to know if they will take a return without packing slip.

They should as you have your email confirmation and it's also in their system. And your transactions.

Last time they gave me store credit and not a refund yo my credit card. That happen to anyone else?

Did you pay by PayPal? Sounds like the typical procedure if you use PayPal as a paying method

That's your receipt for home delivery orders.

Not specific to gamestop, but packing slips generally don't come with all the pertinent info for an order, only enough for the shipment to process. I had to take a walmart order back and only discovered when I got to the customer service desk that the packing slip had a processing # for the warehouse, but not the actual order # that would be in the system for them to look up and act on.


Your better bet as valid proof of purchase is the transaction receipt e-mail they would've sent you when you placed the order and/or when it shipped.

For GameStop it is the actual receipt, not just a packing slip. But all your transactions are available online in your acount, so you should be able to reprint it (or something close to it).
