I've done it many times. They have the full tracking details within Canada. They use a different version of the website.

Nah. I've called several times as well in the past, all they could see was what on the website. They can't make up intermediate scans that never happened. Same with UPS and Fedex. Heck, they don't even know which truck is carrying your stuff once it's out for delivery. They just know it's out for delivery.
