Problems with nippon-yasan

I ordered mp28 with NY. Its been 1 week and still have not been updated since its ship. I start to wonder if NY actually ship my item despite being labeled as shipped in the account. They never sent me an email shipping notification. But they sent me an email preparation notice. From the preparation, it took one hour to ship. Based on the tracking, 2 hours after, its already been dispatched outward. And then 1 hour later its been collected. It doesnt have any logic. Based on google, ny is located in ehime and the postal is in osaka. Its 4hours of drive between them. How the heck within 2 hours they could already sent the item from osaka and then 1 hour later come back to collect? Are they using some kind of teleportation? After that, theres no more updates about that. I tried to contact to ny, but they try to ignore me or to ignore what i ask. Should i start to file a dispute or wait a couple of week b4 doing something? Have anyone this kind of problem b4?

I have some issue with N-Y, but every item I've bought has arrived well packed and in decent shape. And I've bought a lot from them. I wouldn't worry too much, MP28 will show.

I have posted one the mp28 thread, but here you go, its on the first go. NY is based on ehime while the post is osaka. Its 4 hours from apart, u can see that from google

I had two packages that went out the same day from N-Y also both on Feb. 25. I got one package today. The other one's tracking still hasn't left Japan like yours. Guess they're in the same shipment!

Thats more or less reassuring. What did u order if u dont mind me asking?
I dont have problems if it takes a bit longer to ship. But the problem is the tracking is so mess up that it might affect the shipping. It started from being sgipped from japan, then one hour later, its under pick up from ny. Do u have that in ur tracking?

I order all of MP's from NY, they always arrive about 2 weeks or so after release because I don't have a need to have it immediately so I pay for cheaper shipping.

Lucky u, but my tracking start with being dispatch to Canada, then 1 hour later, it's being collected from ny.

I hope that it'll arrive. I used reg sal.
