Well, I'm on the hook for return shipping so in the end, that'll be the clincher. I've decided not to return, but if were more obvious I would replace it. Now to see if Grimlock has any issues...

You can return it to any store with your order summary that was emailed and the packing slip that came with it. It would be returned to the same method of payment used. If you used Paypal, they have a solution for that too.

Only time you *have* to deal with online regarding an online purchase is if you need to take advantage of a price guarantee.

The return policy is still 45 days and it starts from the date it was shipped to you.
