Re: New A3U shopping experience?

Never had any dealings with them past or present other than when they had a store front to goto, but from checking out their site, they don't have anything all that special in terms of stock. Everything I've seen from the $134 devastator to the $24 icecream twings tells me that I can find the stuff elsewere for the same price or cheaper. The only item I saw that may be worth it was the $39.99 Jetfire/Grimlock classics two pack.

Just my 2cents anyway

I've heard a rumour or two. All I'm saying is that I'd let someone else test the water first before diving in.

Trust me. Steer clear. Who would be stupid enough to take that name?

Re: New A3U shopping experience?

I thought it was just me! I ordered from them 3 or 4 times and always had problems from the long shipping time, dented and damaged boxes, overpriced items and poor customer service. Until I hear that stuff has been fixed I wont shop there. If you're looking in canada for a website I would recommend automaton toys. I perfer TFsource but in canada I use automaton toys.

Re: New A3U shopping experience?

Is it really under a new owner though? If there's any involvement of the previous owner I wouldn't bother ordering.

Honestly, they should just really change their store name. The A3U just brings back bad memories from everyone.

Re: New A3U shopping experience?

As far as I know, Spencer has nothing to do with the new management. And when you think about it, A3U was a great store, it's just the online side of the business that had hiccups.
