Re: Terminator Salvation

Looking better then I assumed it would be. But like most Terminator films there's gotta be at least one HUGE plot hole in the film. Otherwise it won't fit in with the rest :P

I never listen to critics. One person will always take something different from a movie than the next person. I know I'm gonna like this movie, I've been looking forward to it for a long time.

LOL ... what is that guy smoking. Everyone reviewing thinks its better than T3. So if you liked T3 you'll like this film even more. If you hated T3 then at least this film is better. But not by much.

Also, I am reading alot of hate for the Christian. Must have been due to the blow up earlier and the press are trying to crucify him. Bale is alot better in it then people are giving him credit for. He played the part as it was written. Remember that. If he wasn't in the movie, it would have been ALOT worse.

Remember critics are always wrong about this sort of movie. If they loved it, chances are you wouldn't. So be thankful for the low rating, chances are you'll think its a 5 out of 5.

Re: Terminator Salvation

Just got back. Go in with low expectations. Low. I can't make heads or tails of how I feel exactly, but content/satisfied/happy/enjoyed feelings are not overwhelming. Its kinda cool to see how the strings get tied together, and that's about it. Its the movie equivalent of tying your shoelaces. I find the SCC more satisfying in terms of Terminator Mythology. I kept expecting Reese to break out into his accent in Star Trek to break the monotony. This may be better than T3, but at least T3 was fun to watch. This was just so morbid, everyone was stonefaced the entire time, except when they were yelling.

Ok, Saw Wolverine at 2:30 and then walked across the hall to Terminator at 4:30.... Love AMC... Could spend all day there theatre hopping... Saw TFTM there like 2 1/2 times there once

Salvation: good thing they only had to fight one robot there
