Anyway. It can't have a pile of extra detail or deco if it wants to look like the, y'know, f-14 from top gun. The helmet rules. I'd like to see the primary color in hand though. I don't like it as a whole, not just the hollowness. Ectotron was $60 at EB, not $70 (which is the conversion if they're selling it for $50 USD), and looks 1000× better than this. It's a discussion forum, people are allowed to say what they don't like about it.

That is literally one of the best Studio Series figures to date (if not one of the best mainline figures). Sentinel Prime was $40 and absolutely annihilates Maverick aesthetically. You also complained about the hollowness of Sunstreaker, so I don't get why you're calling people out.

It could also be repurposed as a Skystriker/Ace for a GI Joe crossover line.

Of course Hasbro has avoided that like the plague for some reason, considering they wholly own both lines.
