Wave 2 Deluxe Highbrow loose head?

Anyone else's Highbrow have a loose head? Highbrow was supposed to be my favourite out of the 3 wave 2 deluxes that I got but I think Chromedome and Wolfire are solid figures! Highbrow's head is loose on mine, what should I do? Did I get a dud? Can I get it replaced somehow?

The head on my scourge was super wobbly. I think it's more random vs one specific figure. I have exchanged defective figure a before with no issues.

So I can just go to TRU and exchange it even though I opened it already? I do have my receipt... or do I have to get it exchanged with Hasbro?

Just go to tru and ask for an exchange. I done it a few times recently with no issues. You could go hasbro route but it's way longer. And they don't guarantee you game same figure back.

Highbrow is very bad for this. High likelihood you'll get another like it.

I turned it 90 degrees and the wobble is gone! I've been reading that you can also use nailpolish in the socket to make it tighter so that it fills the hole and back of the port.

Nail polish is too expensive. Pledge floor polish (aka pledge with future) is the best for fixing loose joints on toys.

You mean it just wobbles? Why is that a big deal? You could try phoning Hasbro about it, they're notorious for sending out free figures on the slightest complaint. I got my Ultra Magnus completely free because a friend complained about some smaller figure having the wheels on backwards or something.
