War for Cybertron figures

How many War for Cybertron figures are there now?

Megatron, Optimus, Bumblebee, Soundwave and Cliffjumper?

Are Thrust and Drift actually in the game? They don't look very Cybertronish.

Yes the 5 figures you noted are the only WFC figures currently available as well as the only ones currently announced. Hasbro did mention at one of the conventions last year that if they were to do any more WFC figures, Starscream would most likely be the next character. But as of yet there isnt anything announced.

The other two figures you mentioned are in the Classics style and are part of the Generations line which is basicly a continuation of the Classics and Universe 2.0 lines.

Would love to see plastic WFC versions of Air Raid and Skyfire at some point!

Re: War for Cybertron figures

The problem withWFC is that most fo their designs are far too complexed to make into toys that look into good.

The game designers didn't design the character concepts in order to sell toys, which is normally how the transformers franchise rolls, I'm suprised we even got these guys to begin with.

I only picked up Megatron, 'cause I'm silly liek that, but he's all kinds of win!
