Maybe Cogman was never available, like when that Power Rangers Titanozord was on their website for 5 mins. And they are just cancelling all orders.

Yeah, here in Ottawa/Gatineau Cogman finally surfaced in pretty much all our WalMarts a month and a bit ago, these days you can usually find one per location on average

Someone on the Power Rangers Canada Facebook page claimed to have found some in the Montreal area at the time, same with another guy from Alberta. Never saw one myself. It's the only one my son is missing.
