Customizing Panel '08

As usual, I host the Customizing Panel at TFCon, and it's pretty fun and exciting. The next step is to have a Class where you can be hands on and do some fun customizing of your own.

Who would be interested?

EDIT: I am unable to do the custom figure this year, but I do promise more content and more visuals for the customizing panel.

I'll be there, buy that's not until the spring of next year. why the rush? are you planning something (like a customizing panel party) before the con?

If I am planning, I need to do research on who would be interested. So that's why i'm asking. No rush. No commitment.

and a contest would be nice as well and might bring out the kitbashers in some of you guys !!

but as dak said planning will be needed .. and if the people that will attend will need tools ... their own or a package that will be available to purchase ....

it,s a great idea but the problem will be that we will need hours to have anything good to show.... so we may need 2 days.... and a room where people will be able to come see the progress...

any ideas guys ?

i'd love to share tips and tecniques

for a contest we would need catagories
and possible painting could be needed
or we could pick specific figures and see what different ppl can to with the same fig
( one of them HAS to be movie figs)

Count me in, but I've never kitbashed before...I'm abit hesitant to use my transformers, but I'd like to mod some gundum models to look like some TFs.
