Kre-O Starscream

PIcked up Kre-O Starscream the other day. Couldn't find a review thread for it all ready made but I did a review with some pics on my blog here

This is one of my least like Kre-O sets. I really like the vehicle mode but I just can't stand the bot mode.

Great review. It looks great in vehicle mode. I am a little uncertain about the bot mode though. It looks passable.

After playing with it for a few more days I've definitely decided that vehicle mode is the best. If I had more lego/kre-o and could redesign the legs and the chest it'd be much better. But all my lego are locked away in my parents basement somewhere and I don't really plan to buy more kre-o so c'est la vie. He makes a mighty fine jet anyway

I don't get it too. All other Kre-o set have movie-ish designs in both bot and vehicle mode. Starscream is the odd one out with G1-ish colour F-15 yet the bot mode has the movie-ish style...

I did manage to rework the robot mode to a point where he was a little better proportioned [still pretty stocky, though], had null-rays on his arms, and used all the parts in the set. I was happy with it, but not as happy as I was with the jet mode, which he has been returned to.

I sorta wish I got pictures of the rebuilt robot mode.
