i ordered with the sale price on 9/23 and i have received the item. i guess if you were too low on the list, as in you ordered later, that they ran out of stock to fulfil your orders. sorry to hear.

I dunno about others that ordered on the 27th, but I ordered an extra FOC figure along with MP Soundwave to make sure I got the $99 free shipping... Did you anything in addition to Soundwave? Did others on the 27th do the same as me? Maybe there's a commonality as to why orders after yours got processed?
That sucks, BTW... Sorry to hear that your order was cancelled
