You can go to the TFCC store to get club megazine back issues which included the ongoing Fun Pub comics. I think non-members can pay more, or not, to catch up with some of the older issues. If you want to read it starting from now you can join the club and you will get the megazines once every two months.
If you are looking for the BOTCON comics Fun Pub. do reprint them months after the convention. They should be available @ comic book stores.
