Each store is allocated a certain amount for preorder. Once they meet their max, they close preorders for that store. You can try a different location if you want.

Does anyone know what is happening with Gamestop in store preorders? Ive seen several new releases come and go online (and be shipped out) but many aren't making it to the stores, at all (Ark, Transmutate, Black Series Wrecker, etc.) for either preorders or regular stock. If I order it online for home delivery, it generally shows up but the in-store pick up has been very hit or miss.

Yeah I ordered Castle Greyskull in store months ago and didn't get it. Ordered it again online two weeks ago and I got it yesterday. Go figure.

i received a wrecker in the mail and was charged for it but i cancelled the order months ago and the order doesn't even show up on my online account with them
