Pretty sure it's just part of the generations line. They are also featured on the cover of an upcoming MTMTE issue. I saw the issue cover over in tfw2005.com. Kind of looks like it could be a good army builder for people who are in to that kind of collecting.

It does look kind of neat, and not expensive.

Each of those Mini-Cons are supposed to be female, FYI. So I assume the combined mode would be female as well.
