Surprised they released it to rest of the non-Go90 users already since they still haven't opened up similar accessibility for Street Fighter: Resurrection outside of Go90 users, but grateful to see it still.
Agree with the criticism behind who they chose to voice Menasor, sounds too terribly young and not menacing at all. The rest of the voice choices seem adequate to me.
Story may seem bland, but to be fair, it's only 5 minutes. I reserve final judgement until the series as a whole has been viewed; more character development or backstory might come up before the set of episodes done. Backstory especially I'm hopeful for because it would better suit the whole description of the episode: " Introducing a new character to the Transformers universe: Maxima!" ..... and she's dead already?! What kind of intro is that, right?
Production quality seems on par at least. Animation style kinda reminds me of the Armada/Cyberton/Energon trilogy. I'll be honest though, it had me worried during the first minute because we see nearly 30 seconds of one-hit slug fest exchanges between Menasor and Computron and after a few seconds it already seemed like they were recycling the same animation cells....Thankfully it got better after that match up was done.
