Preorders for the game list all 4 versions - 2 previous gen and 2 next gen.

I would think that they'd eventually do a PC port and end up on Steam or something. I'd be surprised if it didn't.
EDIT: Subsequent Googling shows that it's listed on Steam as coming soon, date just isn't announced. So just a matter of time. http://store.steampowered.com/app/338930/
