Hmmmm.... I paid $65 with cheap shipping. For 4 extra dollars maybe I will go faster route next time.

I paid ¥5,980 from HLJ which converts to $62.37 CAD. I just went with the cheapest option for you know reasons.
Had I realized I could still get it for under $70 with the EMS option then I would of done that. I don't exactly regret my choice as it is a very sweet price still.
However when MP-21 comes in I think I may go the EMS route especially if the others who went that way also don't get hit with customs or other fees.

I paid 5630 JPY (4750 for WJ + 880 SAL shipping) at NY. My VISA statement shows $58.33 CDN. I always ship with SAL for all my other orders from HLJ so I am fine with SAL.
MP22 would be different story, The higher declared value means it likely will get dinged for duty. But at least I don't have to worry about whether there will be a Hasbro release, or worse, TRU's stupid pricing and stock, and the scalpers.

See its nice to see all the different options so we all can see what's works best for use all. For me I can't wait so paying 10.00 more may not work for some but for me I'm happy.

Does anyone know if it's just Canadian customs that are nasty about duty? If I decide to ship stuff to my US mailbox then just drive it over... will that work out better? My mailbox charges $3 per package, so it could be worth it.

Well sh*t. Just talked to Canada Post and since my shipment wasn't scanned by Canada Customs, they have no idea where it is. Gonna have to get the sender to look into it from their end. So now I won't know anything until Monday (maybe Sunday night since it'll be Monday in Japan). *Sad Ozrein*
