i sold mine to a comic book shop when i was 15 for 50 bucks, i had 300 figs, 3/4 were hand-me-downs, but complete,
i've regretted it for too long, i don't think i'll be selling off any g1 figs or inspired ones either for a long time

I will never sell my TF's, even the ones that I got as presents and didn't really care about. I've got so many memories clinging on to them. The only TF that I let go of was my first, a severely broken BM Striker. I wish my parents didn't give it away, maybe I could have fixed it now that I'm not 6 anymore.

As a kid, I'd had and lost:

Sky Max (Brave figure)
Landcross
G2 Inferno
KO Microman Scopeman

I never had, but Star Saber was always a TF that was in my memory, ever since I saw that huge box 3 metres above me (whether it was real or a KO is another story).

In hindsight, I wish I kept them, re-attaining them has become costly. Nostalgia can be an expensive thing, especially for guys and action figures.
