I got the cars first and kept them in bot mode. When M3 came I transformed him using the instructions. I used videos for Car Crash, Down Force and Last Chance.

The entire journy to Intimidator took me about an hour or two. I got lost in the marvel so I lost track of time.

I did mine while watching Man of Steel one night. Took me almost the entire movie, and the instructions weren't a lot of help. Better instructions than the ones for UT War Lord though, and that was a much easier transformation.

I forgot how long it took me, probably 2+ hrs. I wasn't in any rush and really wanted to enjoy the experience. It wasn't as crazy hard as I've heard from others, but having a video review certainly helps, especially in one or two places where it's really poorly laid out in the instructions.

After getting the hang of transforming it a few times, I find it's just the right amount of complexity and fun, though I'm worried about some of the smaller parts that rotate breaking in the future so I'm going to treat it more as a display piece.
