Re: Dark of the Moon Toy Line: Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

No no, he really claimed owning unreleased prototypes, he was even supposed to use them to make a completely transformable and combinable full-size Devy, something that was supposedly super easy to do. Sure enough, never happened. But hey, whatever floats his boat....

I'd be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy some of what DotM had to offer. I personaly love the mechtech weapons and would be excited if Hasbro released them in blind bags or something. The Cyberverse stuff was great (Blackout, Powerglide, Hatchet, and Guzzle are all winners) and I really like the more simplified transformation of the figures.

Some of my favorites from the line are the deluxe seeker mold and voyager Skyhammer. And the Human Alliance basics are all great IMO. I can't get enough of them.

Re: Dark of the Moon Toy Line: Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

the paint jobs on those DOTM toys were just horrible to say the least!
no thoughts wer put into the engineering.. there were so many kibbles on the toys.. esp the deluxe backpack optimus prime.

even the leader class figures werent THAT amazing.. ironhide was decent.. bumblebee was good other than the fact that we've already had 100 other bumblebees... striker optimus prime was good but again it costs a fortune to import it. same with jetwing :/
