For me it varies. Either they are super nice, totally rude or way too happy-go-lucky to be working there, almost to a point like a car dealer where they try anything to make a sale.

Overall service is pretty good there. Its retail sometimes people have bad days.

I can't stand it when they try to push the platinum card everytime though.

I just recently got the platinum card, it’s only 10 dollars, so I don’t see why not get it, plus u get discount if you buy games. If u shop there, may as well get one. U can also get refund for the 10% discount for preorders.

I got it cause you save like 10% on every TF you buy. It’s been really handy lately.

Right now, I had one EB that screwed up my preorder for the same item twice in one week. They end up selling my preorder to someone either who did not preorder or to someone who wasn't suppose to get it yet.
