TF: Devastation Pre-Order Bonus?

So I got my pre-ordered copy of Devastation today from Amazon, but was wondering if anyone got the bonuses (the 3 skins)? I could have sworn that Amazon.ca orders qualify for it, but all I can find is the Amazon.com notice:




I was hoping it would be a DLC code inside, but all I see is a insert of CW Devastator

EB games says the e-mail the download code 2 days after the game is shipped. Perhaps Amazon does the same?

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who went with Amazon due to the E3 promo (who wouldn't want $20 Off?). It's clearly not an EB exclusive since amazon.com has it, so you'd think it ould be no problem....

The digital downloads came with the bonus as well so I'm sure you'll get it as well.

Didn't get anything with mine. Amazon.com had it for sure, not sure about Canada

I preordered it with amazon.ca during the E3 promotion and I didn't receive any code or whatsoever.
