Maybe if you offered to buy the whole figures including the weapons, you'd have better luck. Because I doubt anyone would just part with the weapons for their figures, because it would not only render their figure incomplete, but also make it harder for them to sell them later on.
Or you can try Ebay. Sometimes sellers there sell spare parts. Just a thought.
