Ok, so if I only decide to get two missiles will he be 100% Complete?, or will I have to get the third missile?

no - 100% complete if you are missing pieces is not 100% complete

all depends man, I bought my Metro at TFcon for 45, and all he's missing is Scamper (the little black car).

how much stuff does he come with? I say that's a steal if he comes with a good majority of accessories
