Help needed for paypal usage here.
I'm still new to this site and learning as i go but from most of the sale threads i've read the sellers want paypal.I already have a paypal account but my question is how would you as a seller send a bill to customer through paypal and likewise as a customer does the system work the same as ebay,ticketmaster or anything else using paypal.I'd just like some basic info and clarifcation on the how to setup or use it here.Thank you for any help.
