I used a soft fine tip permanent marker that I got from the dollar store. I also notice that when starting a line you should draw inwards and not away from your line just to have more control. So if lines go outwards of the toy... start from the outside in. That way you won't go off track. Oh and take your time...!
But don't get me wrong, I did make mistakes along the way which I took a sharp knife and just scraped it off.

I had one in my collection for over a year now... I put the call out for one so I could replace the one I gutted. I'm currently looking for 2, one for you of course.
I'll let you know once I track it down.
