Securitron is a humanoid cyborg, he is in an alliance with the Autobots and the Decepticons. he is programmed to provide protection to the civilians of TFcon 2012.

SPECS:
Armour: Riot Shield
Weapons: nightstick
Colour: Black with yellow accents, Yellow "SECURITY" on back and chest
Accessories: Radio, Flashlight, Aviator Sunglasses, Handcuffs

Body: (face) half human, half Barricade
(torso) Iron Hide's front grill
(legs) Bumblebee's legs, minus wheels

Logo: Half Autobot, Half Decepticon layered w\ TFcon logo

Hmm...sounds like you'll need sheets of styrene to make yourself a costume. You could use cardboard if you don't want to go the styrene route. Check out some anime cosplay sites for tips on working with styrene.

And you'll likely need some makeup...to give the human half face some "techno-cyborg" details...
