Re: What is the attraction of Super7 figures?

My first (and only) Super7 were the Star Trek Ultimates (bigger figures).

Way too expensive.

Re: What is the attraction of Super7 figures?

They are their own company, separate from Hasbro. They basically make 3.75" GiJoe sized figures of different IPs that people might have wanted as kids so that all their figures could be in the same universe and size. Their GiJoe line seems to be one of their mainstays and they finally were able to secure the rights to put in more articulation and O rings. Their GiJoe look like the animated cartoon, as likely do their TFs, but since we have the bigger RED line that isnt that popular and there are only so many non-Transformering Transformers one would want, best to get a lower priced Deluxe figure of the many G1'esque options out there. Good for a smaller company to try and break into a narrow toy market.
