I got Trailbreaker but not Sunstreaker. Got a shipping label created notification for Sunstreaker, but it has been stuck there for two (three? I forget how time works) weeks. Tried the live chat on the website and was first told they would email the warehouse and get back to me but never did, then that Purolator delivered it back to them. They were suppose to ship it back out but that was a week ago with no further updates again.

having the same experience with sunstreaker. would definitely like to get it resolved because my card was charged for it on nov 12th

It seems to be Leave A Message on the weekends and live chats Monday to Friday during business hours. There is usually a bit of a wait so it will take some patience

Thanks, good to know I'm not alone, esp after seeing all those posts of people who went to pick theirs up directly at the store.

Their customer support is HORRIBLE.
They don't answer emails, and they literally don't have a customer support phone number that works.

This is the first time I've ordered TFs from them, and it's going to be the last unless there's literally no other option.

I remember a manager telling me not to bother with phone support because it wasn't working. Hopefully they fixed that.
