Muahaha.... It worked! So as long as you use a US address for both your Shipping Information, and Account information it doesn't seem to matter if your VISA is Canadian. Also, since these items are US shipping only you can take an additional 10% off using the code: TF2009.

Didn't know there was another HTS thread here or I could've replied sooner since I successfully placed an order earlier this week.
I used my US hotel for the shipping address and my entire Canadian address except State+Zip for Billing - just used the hotel's for those 2. Their CC verification must be using address/city/phone number, so those all needed to match with the CC company AFAIK.
