Haslab Victory Saber qc issues

Finally took some pics for the Pulse complaint case this morning (it's been a busy week/etc)

Also got around to transforming Saber & the outer VictorySaber "carapace"
Did it blind w no instructions, pretty straightforward but I probably shouldn't be taking the risk *sweatdrop*

Pleased to say I don't appear to be suffering from that jet nosecone two-ports issue
There's lots of little parts where there's extra blue paint flecks on the white plastic surface of the VSaber larger body, from nearby painted blue areas - not too worried about these, figure they can be removed relatively easily

Wondering if the stressmarks from BrainofCourage's red "neck-pin" couldn't be solved by loosening the screw a little bit
The two sides are different, with the red surrounding plastic being thinner near the head of the screw; the other side (the "tip" of the screw?) the red surrounding plastic is thicker, seems to be no issue
But I stressed the thinner plastic around the "head-side" of the screw again this morning just flipping the face portion onto BoC's back - I wouldn't recommend people convert Brain of Courage back & forth too much, or at least make an effort to loosen the screw maybe? Maybe it'll help, I haven't tried it yet

Man where do you guys find the serial numbers printed on Star Saber? I found the numbers on Leo, and I found a single number on StarSaber, wondering if he shouldn’t also have two numbers

I just took the numbers from the box, they are engraved on it

Look on Saber?s leg, both numbers are there.

Finally got my VSaber pics off to Pulse earlier this week, but ya ain’t got nothin but an auto-reply - I’m kind of waiting on the VSaber resolution before I submit another request for replacement parts for my SG Flamewar & HiB AlphaTrion

One staff member told me around then to pack it up and a return label was coming, but then a new customer service rep entered the picture and told me to do nothing it was being looked at from scratch. And then no answers to my questions for a week. Very annoying.
