If it's in stock chances are you'll probably get it. Preorders are a gamble. The only ones that might get mixed up are the recent Rise of Tyranny and Humble Origins 2-packs.

Personally Amazon has a pretty good success rate for me, but "works on my machine" doesn't apply to everyone
We've got AmazonPrime, if it makes a difference

regular, in-stock items I think should be fine - near as I can tell the big bungles in the past have been in regards to their exclusives, which infamously allegedly had some levels of f*ckery in Amazon's HaltonHills warehouse, where exclusives that weren't "gift wrapped" (completely boxed up), and were easily identifiable as the coveted exclusives, were mysteriously "going missing", never arriving at their destinations (this was big during COVID/Earthrise)

These days you gotta make sure to tick that little box "mark as gift" if you don't want looky-loos in the supply chain eating your cookies

I even made reviews in both to try and be clear to which set you'd get for those that ordered them.

Yeah, and the listing that I bought from still shows Megatron and Ratbat in the actual product name. It's just the pictures that were swapped.


Anyway, I requested a replacement and they sent one. That replacement was yet another Orion Pax and Shockwave set. I set up another return and this time just asked for a refund. I dropped the packages off at the post office today. I guess I could order the other pack (the one that's listed as Orion Pax and Shockwave but has Megatron and Ratbat in the images) but at this point I just don't want to send Hasbro and Amazon any of my money.

Still, it's a decent figure, I got it around that last year, but did get the DNA kit as I can't stand the mittens for such a large figure, it's just wrong.
