Re: Thor Trailer!!!!!!

I'll watch it mostly for the fact that it'll tie into the Avengers movie. Still, it does look kinda interesting although I will pass on the 3-D version. This movie just doesn't need it.

Re: Thor Trailer!!!!!!

I will be straight up honest here, and this is coming from a MEGA HUGE Avengers fan, I am on the fence on this. Maybe it's just the trailer. I need to see the movie before I pass any judgement.

Re: Thor Trailer!!!!!!

Why is the robot from "The Day The Earth Stood Still" in this movie?

Re: Thor Trailer!!!!!!

I think the whole realistic science apporach here their using on Thor doesn't work as well as the studios would think.

I'l still see the film but i think Captain America will be waaaaaay better.

[QUOTE=Dragon Knight;298837]Does it bug anyone else that Thor said "Earth" And not Midgard in that trailer?[/QUOTE

Loki looks very cool. I am surprised that they didn't mention Midgard but Thor is a very niche readership so prolly not to confuse the masses.

I hope this one turns out to be good. I hope that Marvel doesn't beat to death all their classic characters and ruin them for the next gen.
Fingers crossed.

Re: Thor Trailer!!!!!!

I'm... I guess interested is the best I can say. I love Thor (despite not actually reading the comics) but I'm not stoked seeing this.

The fact that Thor doesn't have his normal entertaining speech patterns (such as the afore mentioned Earth instead of Midgard) annoys me...

I will give it a shot though, Marvel has done right by me the last few movies so I'll give them the chance.

Plus, Agent Coleson or whatever his name is getting more screen time and I like him.

Re: Thor Trailer!!!!!!

I'm surprised by how few Thor fans there are in Canada. Thor, as a solo act, is easily one of the best selling titles month to month. Usually just behind behind Batman and Spider-man (and lately Green Lantern).
