I thought they were those prices for a quite a while now? I got Sunstorm with extra $10 off. Prowl was part of it as well.

Yeah, those are the "clearance" prices from TRU. They have been that price for some time now.
Although the BOGO aspect is new.

My local TRU has both Op Prime and Starscream in stock...
