Re: Target sale

went to target forestlawn today and the only thing i found of tf's on sale was a 3dollar jenga lockdown set.....
other than that there was just deluxe aoe strafe and hound.
the clothing side was pretty bare and even had shelving and racks removed already, even moreso than target sunridge mall.
clearance red tags everywhere but upon closer inspection, everything was still regular overpriced.

They have confirmed it to start tomorrow. The first clearance tags/signs will go up overnight after they close for the day. Initial clearances will be in the range of 10-30% and it might differ between locations based on stock...

In another thread, I read the new combiner wars deluxe are $20 at target and $18 at toys r us. If the sale is 10% off for transformers, that's just lame.

If the article is correct, that discount may differ between locations on the same product due to different levels of stock, and how it sells in that local market, etc. But the idea being that you likely won't see a discount deeper than 30%, at least initially. Which makes sense since they want to make back as much money as they can.

Re: Target sale

Darn I was going to check out Target tomorrow, but at 10% off those inflated prices, might as well just buy regular price from TRU

Re: Target sale

Luckily for me both my targets have no cw, no rid and the only thing I would even grab at target is marvel legends electro and I will love to see how much of a discount jabba the hut will go down to before people actually buy him.
