I seriously doubt MP Magnus will come this summer. Takara only announced up to MP-20 Wheeljack (Aug release). They have not ever announced MP Bumblebee, let alone MP Magnus.

But what I really want are some more big bad ass Cons. MP triple changers Astrotrain and Blitzwing would be awesome. Hopefully Takara will learn and improve on Generations Blitzwing. And of course an office MP Shockwave.!

Wait? Grimlock is supposed to have a coin? I got my MP Grimlock last night and all I found were the figure, flame sheath for the sword and his very pointy/stabby crown.

Ha! If I didn't live one town over (15 minutes away) and have no time to stop for lunch today I would have. Fortunately, I get to pick up my four year old son from school at 3:20 and then head home for the evening. He and I will have a lot of fun very soon!

I am not entirely thrilled to learn that MP Grimlock will see a thrilling 30 release. I own the Hasbro version and it is one of my favourite MPs but the Robot mode is not big enough to look down upon the version 2 MP Optimus Prime. I would have liked to seen some other character get the slot or a version 2 of MP Grimlock. I am aware of the third party "height enhancing" soles for it but I haven't bought any third party stuff and probably won't strictly due to the budget constraints. Still great news for people who don't own the mold although from the pictures the grey plastic on the figure does look a shade lighter and is missing the red/white stripe on the robot arm/T-Rex thigh.
